• Paediatrics and Aged Care clients in both clinic and community settings
• Work Flexibility: work with the admin team to set your ideal calendar seeing clients across homes, schools, childcare centres, and the clinic. 
• Varied caseload: developmental delays, neurodiversity, genetic conditions, swallowing, mealtime plans, non-verbal communication, and more
• Industry Low KPI's of 4.1 billable hours per day
• Clinical Supervision tailored to your ideal frequency 
• Career Growth Pathways with the option to mentor others or lead service initiatives
• New Graduate Program includes weekly 1:1 supervision with a Senior SP (7+ years’ experience), workshadowing when you start, a gradual caseload increase, fortnightly team case reviews, and MDT training
• Structured Onboarding: Your first two weeks, you'll go through policies, systems and have opportunities to work shadow your colleagues.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
