The Opportunity

• Replacement role - taking over an established patient base 
• Start date: Flexible to accommodate notice periods/holidays.
• Employment type: Part-time or full-time (minimum 3 days).
• Clinic model: Independent, family-run, non-corporate; longer appointments and clinical autonomy.

What You’ll Do Deliver comprehensive general and cosmetic dentistry with time to build strong patient relationships:

• Preventive and family dentistry: examinations, cleans, fissure sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screening.
• Surgical extractions (high demand and strong growth area for the clinics).
• Endodontics (root canal therapy)—appointment time and materials to support quality outcomes.
• Restorative: composite restorations, onlays/inlays, crowns and bridges.
• Cosmetic: Invisalign, veneers, whitening, bonding.
• Periodontal care: scaling and root planing, maintenance programs.
• Emergencies and pain management.
• Optional upskilling/shadowing in dental implants with an implant surgeon affiliated with a leading institute.

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience required. 
• Current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights.

• Confident with surgical extractions and endodontics (or eager to develop further with mentorship).
• Patient-centred communicator with excellent presentation and rapport-building skills.
• Motivated to grow a loyal patient base and contribute long term.

Rewards & Contract

• 40% commission (standard lab fee arrangements).
• Books to inherit (~70% filled to start; higher for advanced surgical skills).
