Job Description
The Opportunity
Gorilla Jobs is seeking Psychiatry locum doctors across NSW at Registrar and Consultant level:
Psychiatry Registrar / Advanced Trainee
Consultant Psychiatrist (FRANZCP or equivalent)
Clinical Environment:
Exposure to a range of acute and chronic mental health presentations
Opportunities across adult, older persons, youth, addiction and consultation-liaison psychiatry (site dependent)
Work in inpatient units, community teams, ED/CL, step-down and rehab services
Involvement in assessments, reviews, MDT meetings, family work and discharge planning
Supervision and teaching of junior doctors and other clinicians (for senior registrars and consultants)
Experience that supports RANZCP training requirements and established psychiatry careers
Eligibility Criteria:
AHPRA General or Specialist Registration
NSW Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Australian working rights
Willingness to complete health service credentialing and onboarding
