About the Position: Our client is seeking a
Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 3–5+ years of post-admission experience to join their Dispute Resolution & Litigation team. This position is ideal for someone who values professional development and wants to build a long-term career in a firm that prioritises people and progression.
Working under the guidance of experienced senior practitioners, you’ll be mentored on complex files including contractual disputes, insolvency litigation, shareholder disputes, and regulatory matters. You’ll have the autonomy to grow into client-facing responsibilities while being supported through regular feedback, team development initiatives, and internal leadership programs.
You won’t just work on high-calibre matters—you’ll be strategically groomed for your next career milestone.
Key Requirements: - 3–5+ years PAE in commercial litigation (within private practice)
- Sound technical grounding in commercial disputes, insolvency, and director/shareholder matters
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
- Proactive mindset and desire to grow into senior responsibilities
- Admitted to practise in Western Australia
