The firm is led by a Managing Partner who has previously worked with leading national and top-tier M&A teams, bringing a wealth of transactional experience and a high-quality client base.

Salary and Features of the Position:

• Salaried Partner remuneration package (commensurate with experience) Guide range of $220,000 - $250,000 
• Clear and defined pathway to equity partnership

About the Role:
You will:

• Lead and advise on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructures, and capital raisings
• Provide high-level advice on corporate governance, shareholder arrangements, and regulatory issues
• Manage existing client relationships and drive new business initiatives
• Mentor and develop a growing team of senior and junior lawyers
• Play a pivotal role in building the firm’s Sydney presence and contributing to its national strategy

About You:

• Minimum 8 years PAE in Corporate Law, M&A, or related commercial practice
• Demonstrated experience leading transactions and managing client relationships
• Strategic and commercial mindset with strong business development skills
• Capable of operating autonomously at Partner level
• NSW practising certificate (or ability to obtain)
