About the Firm

Our client is a respected boutique firm in Melbourne’s South West, known for its caring and practical approach across Family Law, Wills and Estates, Property and general Civil Law. The principal is an Accredited Specialist with more than two decades of experience and is recognised for being fair, approachable and hands-on. The firm is steadily growing and places real value on teamwork and long-term relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll manage a steady mix of family law files and work closely with the principal to develop both your technical and leadership skills.

• Manage parenting, property and financial matters end-to-end
• Draft and review court documents and settlement agreements
• Represent clients in mediations and court
• Support and guide junior lawyers as you grow

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years post-admission experience in Family Law
• Confidence managing files independently with minimal supervision
• Calm, solutions-focused approach with empathy for clients
