What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage your client base with full autonomy while helping to shape the future of the practice.
Lead complex employment, IR and executive matters
Drive client development and relationship expansion
Mentor mid-level lawyers and build workflow systems
Collaborate with leadership on team planning and growth
What You’ll Bring
6+ years’ PQE in employment or workplace law
Transferable practice of $200K+
Strategic mindset with mentoring and business acumen
Desire to move into formal leadership within 12–18 months
