About the Position:
Joining a thriving commercial-litigation group as an Associate or Senior Associate, you’ll steer files across contract, shareholder and construction disputes—many already on foot in the Supreme Court and VCAT. Expect day-to-day client contact, direct briefing of counsel and the chance to co-lead strategy on landmark property matters.
Key Requirements: - Fully qualified lawyer with admission to practice law in Victoria
- 3–5 PAE in commercial law and litigation (construction law exposure a bonus)
- Confident at drafting, discovery and liaising with barristers and experts
- Collaborative mindset and appetite for early leadership
