About the position:

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join their busy property team. You’ll take ownership of a high-quality residential conveyancing portfolio, including standard sales and purchases, off-the-plan contracts, first home buyers, and transfer matters.

This is a well-supported and autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys handling files from start to finish and being the direct point of contact for clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions. The firm uses modern systems and prioritises efficiency and client service without compromising on quality.

You'll be joining a close-knit, collaborative team where your contributions are recognised, and your career growth is encouraged. No sales targets or cold calling—just solid conveyancing work in a firm that values stability and work-life balance.

Key Requirements:

• At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in conveyancing
• Confidence managing files autonomously from instruction to settlement
• Solid knowledge of PEXA and QLD conveyancing procedures
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines efficiently
• Experience with LEAP or similar legal software preferred
