Your Duties will Include: - Deliver high-quality support to diverse NDIS participants across Sydney
- Develop and maintain clear, compassionate Behaviour Support Plans
- Balance independence with teamwork — own your practice space
- Operate from home, with regular face-to-face check-ins in Miranda
Requirements/ Skills: - Previous experience in community NDIS environment
- Skills working with children highly regarded
- NDIS approval as a Core or Proficient BSP
- Full Australian Work Rights
