Job Description

If you’re a Behaviour Support Practitioner who wants real flexibility, zero KPIs and genuine team support, you’ve just found your new home.
  • $60+ per hour, with rates tailored to your experience
  • No KPIs or quotas. Your work is valued for impact, not numbers
  • Choose how and when you work, with a 2-day minimum commitment
  • Write reports and complete admin from home

Your Duties will Include:
  • Deliver high-quality support to diverse NDIS participants across Sydney
  • Develop and maintain clear, compassionate Behaviour Support Plans
  • Balance independence with teamwork — own your practice space
  • Operate from home, with regular face-to-face check-ins in Miranda
Requirements/ Skills:
  • Previous experience in community NDIS environment
  • Skills working with children highly regarded
  • NDIS approval as a Core or Proficient BSP
  • Full Australian Work Rights
