They have a focus on low targets and caseloads so you don't feel stressed or burnt out and can deliver quality therapy! The successful applicant will also benefit from working in a transdisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists. The company employs over 60 therapists across their 4 clinic locations.
The clinic is based in Dee Why. There is a highly structured onboarding/induction period so you feel comfortable in your new role. Both full-time and part-time will be considered.
What you will be doing:
- Combination of clinic and community working but this can be tailored to your preference!
- Opportunities to work in a school if this is of interest to you
- Ages 0-18, mix of NDIS and Private clients
- Services include social skills, fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, visual perception, handwriting, fussy eating plus more
- Individual and group therapy
Traning and Development
The company runs weekly Professional Development sessions which include training on a certain area or discussion around complex cases. Weekly supervision is on offer for all team members.
Additional benefits
- Salaries between $72,000 - $98,000 + super + bonus incentives
- Gradual increase in the number of clients seen per day and in line with your experience
- Individual consultation rooms plus group therapy area
- All travel is limited to around 15 minutes from the clinic location
- Team of Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists who enjoy collaborating and sharing ideas
- The team collaborate with a range of universities to encourage and support further academic gains such as research projects, master’s degrees, and PhDs
- Dedicated time to complete non-clinical tasks
- Flexibility in working hours and days including RDOs
- You are provided with a laptop, access to iPads and software packages and a shared resource drive with a range of premade therapy materials
What you will need: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- WWCC or ability to obtain one
- ALL LEVELS of experience are encouraged to apply
