Our client is a well-established practice that has supported the Newcastle community for over 20 years. With a close-knit team of 12+ Occupational Therapists, you’ll be joining an environment that’s known locally for high-quality therapy and a genuinely supportive culture.
This is a permanent role with full-time or part-time options and flexibility around your start date. The clinic is located in Western Newcastle, with hybrid working available.
About the roleYou’ll have real autonomy to shape a caseload that matches your interests and strengths, backed by a team that values collaboration and sensible workloads.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Tailoring your caseload to paediatric OR adult clients
- Delivering therapy across clinic, community and home (including WFH administration/reporting)
- Assistive Technology assessments and prescription
- Home assessments and home modification recommendations
- Functional and developmental assessments and evidence-based intervention
- Liaising with families, support coordinators, schools, referrers and other stakeholders
- Contributing to team learning through regular in-services and case discussions
Support and development - Regular supervision provided to all clinicians
- Weekly in-services and team meetings
- Training provided where required
- Collaborative team of experienced Occupational Therapists
- $1,500 professional development budget

Requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Drivers license and vehicle
