About the Role: As a
Senior Occupational Therapist, you will assist in the supervision of occupational therapists in the team while managing an appropriately reduced caseload, playing a pivotal role in both clinical service delivery and team development.
Location: Caroline Springs – Work in a well-equipped clinic alongside a collaborative and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in leadership, mentoring, and support a team of passionate occupational therapists
- Provide expert clinical guidance and professional supervision
- Work closely with the management and support teams to enhance service delivery and client outcomes
- Oversee team operations and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
- Deliver high-quality, play-based occupational therapy services to paediatric and adolescent clients in clinic and school settings
- Work within a neurodiversity-affirming framework, ensuring strengths-based and evidence-based therapy practices
