Occupational Therapist role available for an experienced clinician with scope to provide supervision within a team of 10+ from their Dandenong clinic!

Job Description

This highly reputable practice in Dandenong has a strong focus on supervision, professional development, and a supportive team environment, they offer excellent opportunities for both personal and professional growth. The clinic is equipped with multiple offices and facilities tailored to client care, fostering a collaborative and socially connected team atmosphere.

As an Occupational Therapist provide conduct assessments and provide therapy to NDIS clients across the lifespan from their clinic in Dandenong. Manage a varied caseload with a range of diagnoses including mental health and some complex clients.

Option for full time and part time available.

About the role: 
  • Mix of in-clinic and community based seeing exclusively paediatric or adult NDIS clients including the opportunity to see a range of mental health and complex clients if desired
  • Travel to clients limited within a 30 minute radius of Dandenong
  • Office space located in Dandenong with a communal area to work from when not seeing clients
  • Supervision of students and early career clinicians within the team on a weekly basis
  • Providing holistic care within a multidisciplinary team
  • Reduced KPI's due if supervising which can be negotiated before starting 
  • Team of 10+ OT's with leadership responsibilities shared with other senior clinicians

Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Minimum of 4 years of NDIS experience.
  • Drivers license and vehicle
