✅Why You’ll Love This Role: - Family-Friendly Hours: Face-to-face sessions run from 9am to 3pm, leaving space for school drop-offs, reports, and admin without the overtime.
- WFH to complete non face-to-face tasks: reports, resources, emails etc.
- Autonomy & Flexibility: Set your weekly calendar with freedom around how you meet your billables. WFH options available for admin/report time.
- Dedicated School Caseload: Work with students aged 6–18 years in a fully equipped therapy room provided by the school, with support from teaching staff.
- Admin Support Where You Need It: Admin team can handle scheduling and billing – or take control of your own calendar if you prefer.
- Team Fridays: Join your supportive OT team in the Manly office for meetings, supervision, and team-building every Friday.
- Tools of the Trade Provided: Access extensive resources for therapy & recieve a laptop for work
✅What’s On Offer? - Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Super depending on your experience
- Billables: Target of 25 hours per week, with $50/hour bonus for hours above KPI
- Supervision & CPD: Fortnightly or monthly supervision with a highly experienced Paediatric Senior OT, $2,000 annual PD budget, regular in-house sessions & speakers (e.g. mental health, wheelchair prescription)
- Induction & Onboarding: One-day orientation, work shadowing, and comprehensive process overview
- Career Pathways: Opportunities to supervise junior staff or progress into leadership roles
✅Day-to-day:
- Deliver 1:1 therapy at school sites in the therapy space, with access to onsite resources
- Conduct functional assessments, write reports (e.g. FCA), and create visual schedules/resources for families and staff
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and internal team members to provide consistent care and support for students
- Occasionally conduct home visits if clinically indicated (mileage and travel time reimbursed)
✅Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
