Looking for a role that blends your Paediatric OT expertise with flexibility for your family life?

This team near Wynnum offers the ideal setup for experienced clinicians who want to work in schools, build deep client relationships, and still get home in time for dinner.
  • Salaries starting at $80,000 - $100,000 + Super (depending on your experience)
  • Paediatric Caseload (ages 6-18years) in school settings, with a designated therapy space for you and your clients
  • Working Hours are generally 9am - 3pm, with WFH options for admin outside of these hours

Why You’ll Love This Role:
  • Family-Friendly Hours: Face-to-face sessions run from 9am to 3pm, leaving space for school drop-offs, reports, and admin without the overtime. 
  • WFH to complete non face-to-face tasks: reports, resources, emails etc.

  • Dedicated School Caseload: Work with students aged 6–18 years in a fully equipped therapy room provided by the school, with support from teaching staff.

  • Team Fridays: Join your supportive OT team in the Manly office for meetings, supervision, and team-building every Friday.

What’s On Offer?
  • Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Super depending on your experience
  • Billables: Target of 25 hours per week, with $50/hour bonus for hours above KPI
  • Supervision & CPD: Fortnightly or monthly supervision with a highly experienced Paediatric Senior OT, $2,000 annual PD budget, regular in-house sessions & speakers (e.g. mental health, wheelchair prescription)
  • Induction & Onboarding: One-day orientation, work shadowing, and comprehensive process overview
  • Career Pathways: Opportunities to supervise junior staff or progress into leadership roles
Day-to-day:
  • Deliver 1:1 therapy at school sites in the therapy space, with access to onsite resources
  • Conduct functional assessments, write reports (e.g. FCA), and create visual schedules/resources for families and staff
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and internal team members to provide consistent care and support for students
  • Occasionally conduct home visits if clinically indicated (mileage and travel time reimbursed)
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
