Benefits - Salaried role from $90,000 – $115,000 + superannuation

About the Role
This is the perfect opportunity for a paediatric occupational therapist who thrives in a flexible, client-focused environment and is passionate about neuro-affirming care.
Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering OT services to children with sensory processing, fine/gross motor, and self-regulation needs
- Mix of in-clinic and community based work seeing clients from schools and kinders
- Building towards 4.5 billable hours/day at a steady, supported pace
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of paediatric OTs
- Leveraging full admin support so you can focus purely on client care
- Engaging in regular supervision + informal peer catchups
How you'll be supported: - Structured onboarding for a smooth transition
- Weekly supervision with senior paediatric occupational therapists
- Regular informal clinical catch-ups to ensure ongoing development
- Access to resources tailored for neurodivergent paediatric clients

Requirements/Skills: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
