Offering a freshly, purpose built clinic space near Darra, they're seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist ready to step into a leadership role and shape the future of the occupational therapy service within their practice.

  • Competitive Salary: Earn between $110,000–$125,000 + Super with flexibility for the right candidate
  • Bonus Structure: Recieve an additional 50% of the charge-out rate for exeeding your billable target.

  • Flexible Hours: Option to work a 9-day fortnight with fairly set working hours from 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

  • Professional Development: Access $2,000 annually for CPD, 2 paid CPD days, weekly case discussions, and training sessions every Friday.

The Role:
  • Your Caseload: Work with a diverse caseload (ages 0-18), with opportunities to expand to adults if desired.
  • Focus on early intervention and support for neurodivergent conditions such as ASD and ADHD.
  • Manageable Billable: Take on a maximum caseload of 23 clients per week to ensure clinician wellbeing, this includes leadership responsibilities. .
  • No pressure—caseloads gradually increase, with the first three months focused on onboarding and support.

  • Travel Allowance: Mileage reimbursed at 98c per km, paid fortnightly.
  • Technology: Access to laptops, iPads, and a discussion around company cars and work phones.

  • A passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist with a drive to lead, mentor, and inspire.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Leadership experience; supervising juniors and providing PD to your team
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
