This Perth-based position offers a flexible work model, home-based with community visits across the metro area— areas in Rockingham or South Perth, with access to a Fremantle-based service office.

• Salary between $95,000 and $125,000 + superannuation

Requirements

• Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification 
• AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Clinical experience with adult physical disabilities and community-based practice
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
