Job Description

Occupational Therapist to join a well-established and growing NDIS provider supporting adults with physical and psychosocial disabilities. This Perth-based position offers a flexible work model, home-based with community visits across the metro area— areas in Rockingham or South Perth, with access to a Fremantle-based service office. 

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced clinician to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, with the added potential to step into a Team Leader position. The ideal candidate will bring confidence in functional assessments, home modifications, and assistive technology.

What’s on Offer
  • Salary between $95,000 and $125,000 + superannuation
  • Gradual onboarding process with supervision and systems training
  • Home-based role with community visits; schedule flexibility supported
  • Annual professional development allowance of $1,000, in-service learning days, and peer presentations
  • Travel reimbursed at $0.99/km, with non-billable travel counted toward KPIs
  • Leadership opportunity available with Team Leader salary starting $125,000

Requirements
  • Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification 
  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
  • Clinical experience with adult physical disabilities and community-based practice
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
