Job Description

A well-established clinic based in Mill Park, is seeking an ambitious New Graduate Occupational Therapist to join the team. Work a part of a multidisciplinary team, deliver high-quality, client centered therapy and collaborate with families, educators and other professionals.
As a new graduate, you’ll receive weekly 1:1 supervisions, bi-weekly group support, ongoing guidance and professional development in a supportive flexible environment.

About the Role:
  •  Provide therapy services across home, school, and community settings
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on individual assessments
  • Assist families by offering practical guidance and helping set meaningful goals
  • Keep detailed and up-to-date clinical documentation and progress notes
  • Engage in team meetings, supervision, and collaborative case reviews
  • Foster positive relationships with families and external service providers
  • Help nurture and strengthen our inclusive, team-oriented culture

  • Weekly supervision from your team leader to guide and support you
  • Professional coaching from clinical specialists to help you grow your skills
  • Clinic-based role with occasional school visits if desired
  • Administration support to manage appointment bookings and cancellations
  • Induction program tailored to your level of experience, ensuring you have all the support you need
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master’s in Occupational Therapy (or graduating in 2025/2026).
  • Driver’s license and access to a car.
  • Full Australian working rights.
