Job Description

Seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join this amazing clinic around Westminster. This hybrid role offers a diverse disability caseload spanning all ages and conditions. You’ll be supported by a multidisciplinary team of 30 experienced therapists and benefit from full administrative backing. Immediate start with opportunities for professional growth and a strong KPI bonus structure.

Full and part-time positions available.

About the Employer / Practice
  • Operate a hybrid NDIS therapy model combining clinic-based services with community visits.
  • Manage a varied disability caseload across all ages, covering a broad range of conditions.
  • Deliver evidence-based, client-centred care within a multidisciplinary team of 30 allied health professionals.
  • Well-equipped therapy rooms, a hydrotherapy pool and access to specialised equipment for diverse client needs.
  • Comprehensive induction and ongoing mentorship, with weekly support for new clinicians and tailored guidance for experienced practitioners.
  • Complete: FCA's, AT technology & equipment prescription, home mods & housing assessments, SIL & SAD Assessments, Daily Living Assessments

Requirements
  • AHPRA Registration, Occupational Therapy Degree
  • Valid Australian driver’s licence
  • Valid Working With Children Check
  • Valid NDIS screening clearance
  • National Police Checks
