About the Employer / Practice - Operate a hybrid NDIS therapy model combining clinic-based services with community visits.
- Manage a varied disability caseload across all ages, covering a broad range of conditions.
- Deliver evidence-based, client-centred care within a multidisciplinary team of 30 allied health professionals.
- Well-equipped therapy rooms, a hydrotherapy pool and access to specialised equipment for diverse client needs.
- Comprehensive induction and ongoing mentorship, with weekly support for new clinicians and tailored guidance for experienced practitioners.
- Complete: FCA's, AT technology & equipment prescription, home mods & housing assessments, SIL & SAD Assessments, Daily Living Assessments

Requirements - AHPRA Registration, Occupational Therapy Degree
