Lead & mentor an established multidisciplinary team and manage a Paediatric caseload!
Our client is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Neurodiversity Affirming clinic based in Werribee. This role offers a blend of clinical practice, management and flexibility, working with a tight-knit multidisciplinary team.
You’ll oversee a Paediatric caseload (ages 2-16 years), supporting children with ASD, ADHD, and developmental delays, while providing mentorship and clinical guidance to early-career OTs.

About the Role - Provide assessment and therapy for children with developmental and neurodiverse needs
- Supervise and mentor new graduate and early-career OTs
- Contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborative care
- Work 3 days in clinic, 1 day community-based (within local area, travel no more than 30 minutes)
- Participate in monthly team PD and case discussions
- Shape service delivery and share input into clinic growth
Requirements: - Degree in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration
- 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably with paediatric or neurodiverse populations
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Access to a car for community visits
- Passionate about family-centred, strengths-based care
- A positive, collaborative, and grounded personality
