Our client is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Neurodiversity Affirming clinic based in Werribee. This role offers a blend of clinical practice, management and flexibility, working with a tight-knit multidisciplinary team.
You’ll oversee a Paediatric caseload (ages 2-16 years), supporting children with ASD, ADHD, and developmental delays, while providing mentorship and clinical guidance to early-career OTs.

About the Role

• Provide assessment and therapy for children with developmental and neurodiverse needs
• Supervise and mentor new graduate and early-career OTs
• Contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions and collaborative care
• Work 3 days in clinic, 1 day community-based (within local area, travel no more than 30 minutes)
• Participate in monthly team PD and case discussions
• Shape service delivery and share input into clinic growth

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration
• 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably with paediatric or neurodiverse populations
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Access to a car for community visits
• Passionate about family-centred, strengths-based care
• A positive, collaborative, and grounded personality
