Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist – Build & Lead the OT Service | Penrith NSW | $125,000

The opportunity

Lead the next chapter of a well-regarded paediatric service near Penrith. You’ll maintain a hands-on clinical caseload while designing and growing the OT offering, partnering closely with Speech Pathologists and a supportive Director.

Your week might include

• Paediatric assessments and intervention across fine/gross motor, sensory regulation, school readiness, ADLs
• Joint sessions and case conferences with SPs; integrated goals and parent coaching
• Service development: pathways, resources, documentation standards, and mentoring future OT hires
• Community links: optional school visits and stakeholder collaboration

About you

• AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with 5+ years’ paediatric experience
• Comfortable leading service improvements and mentoring others while staying clinically hands-on
• Collaborative communicator who enjoys working closely with Speech Pathologists and families
• Values a calm, client-centred environment over volume metrics
