The role

• A clinic/community-based Occupational Therapist role, working as a part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Delivering excellence, in a people-centric manner to Occupational therapy
• Providing evidence-based occupational therapy to clients and stakeholders 
• Services include: Functional capacity assessments, Equipment prescription/AT, Supported Independent Living (SIL) assessments, Specialized Disability Accommodation (SDA) assessments, Minor and complex home modifications, Skills development, 
• Sensory processing assessment and intervention
• Working collaboratively within your multidisciplinary team through regular meetings to maximize client outcomes  
• Working closely with clients and their families to set and support achievable goals for them to live more independently at home, school, and in the community
• Delivery of Occupational Therapy services predominantly for NDIS participants

How you will be supported

• Weekly/fortnightly supervision with senior OT's based on your experience  
• Comprehensive, structured induction program with a clinical operations manager with 25 years of experience (depending on your experience) 
• $1500 professional development fund for external courses per year
• Training program tailored to your experience, needs, and ambitions 
• Caseload tailored to your area of interest 

Additional Benefits

• Generous remuneration packages earn between $75,000 - $100,000 + Super

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full APHRA registration 
• Working With Children Check 
• National Police Check 
• Driver's license and own car
