Applicants can based anywhere in Perth as the company has offices across the city. Permanent, Full-Time, or Part-Time hours available to suit you.
The role
- A clinic/community-based Occupational Therapist role, working as a part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Delivering excellence, in a people-centric manner to Occupational therapy
- Providing evidence-based occupational therapy to clients and stakeholders
- Services include: Functional capacity assessments, Equipment prescription/AT, Supported Independent Living (SIL) assessments, Specialized Disability Accommodation (SDA) assessments, Minor and complex home modifications, Skills development,
- Sensory processing assessment and intervention
- Working collaboratively within your multidisciplinary team through regular meetings to maximize client outcomes
- Working closely with clients and their families to set and support achievable goals for them to live more independently at home, school, and in the community
- Delivery of Occupational Therapy services predominantly for NDIS participants
How you will be supported
- Weekly/fortnightly supervision with senior OT's based on your experience
- Comprehensive, structured induction program with a clinical operations manager with 25 years of experience (depending on your experience)
- $1500 professional development fund for external courses per year
- Training program tailored to your experience, needs, and ambitions
- Caseload tailored to your area of interest
Additional Benefits
- Generous remuneration packages earn between $75,000 - $100,000 + Super
- Flexible working arrangements /work-life balance
- 4.5 Billable hours per day, including travel

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full APHRA registration
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- Driver's license and own car
