This amazing NDIS provider is seeking a new graduate occupational therapist to join their expanding team.
Applicants can be based anywhere in Perth, with over 15 office locations and flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time hours available to suit you.
The Role - Working environments- community, office and from your own home
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Structured new grad program available
- Working closely with clients and their families to set and support achievable goals for them to live more independently at home, school and in the community,
- Assessments, home mods, sensory assessments and intervention, functional capacity assessments, equipment prescription etc.
- Delivery of Occupational Therapy services predominantly for NDIS participants
How you will be supported - Weekly catch-ups with your supervisor carrying over 25 years of experience
- Comprehensive new grad program
- $1500 professional development allowance for external courses per year
- Low billable hours of 4 a day with a reduced caseload in your first year
- Admin team to help you with your scheduling

Additional Benefits - Base salary starting from $70, 000 - $75, 000 + super + benefits, with clear growth pathways within the company

Requirements - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full APHRA registration
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
