This is an excellent opportunity for an independent clinician looking to build a rewarding caseload on a flexible, part-time basis, while earning an exceptional 70% of session fees as a subcontractor.

About the Opportunity
Our client operates a boutique practice currently staffed by one Psychologist and one Counsellor. The clinic provides support to clients across the lifespan, presenting with mild to moderate mental health concerns, including:

The practice is located within a professional office building surrounded by other allied health professionals, offering a collegial atmosphere and a high level of autonomy. Clinicians have the freedom to shape their caseloads to reflect their areas of interest and expertise.

Role Highlights
  • Subcontractor arrangement with 70% take-home pay per session
  • Start with 1 to 2 days per week, with a full calendar expected within 4–6 weeks
  • No minimum billable hours – enjoy flexibility without pressure
  • Hybrid working available – combine face-to-face and Telehealth consultations
  • Referrals triaged by the Director in collaboration with the clinical team
  • Free onsite parking and a modern, professional workspace
Ideal Candidate

  • Confident working independently in a private practice setting
