Our client, a boutique mental wellness clinic, is seeking a passionate General or Clinical Psychologist to work in a relaxed, collaborative environment that places high value on holistic mental health. This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-supported, flexible private practice role with the chance to grow a caseload in a purpose-driven team of Psychologists, a Nutritionist, and a Naturopath.

About the Role

This is a contractor position, ideally suited to a psychologist interested in working Tuesdays and Saturdays, with evening availability highly regarded for faster caseload development. The clinic primarily supports adolescents and adults and receives referrals from private sources, NDIS, WorkCover, and TAC.

Whether you’re a new graduate or a seasoned clinician, the clinic offers strong internal support and an environment that fosters autonomy without KPIs.

What You Can Expect

• Contracting position with an initial split of 60/40, progressing to 65/35, negotiable based on experience
• No KPIs and a relaxed, collaborative work culture
• Minimum 4-week commitment to establish your client base
• Opportunities for growth as referrals increase
• Referrals primarily from private clients, with supplementary streams via NDIS, WorkCover and TAC

Clinical Environment and Support

• Join a team of 5 integrative practitioners, including 3 Psychologists
• Onsite board-approved supervisor offers group supervision
• Administrative team handles bookings, payments, and general admin
• Collaborative, warm workplace with regular team outings

Ideal Candidate

• AHPRA-registered Psychologist (General or Clinical)
• Open to new graduates 
• Comfortable working with adolescents and adults 
• Willing to offer evening sessions to support caseload development
