Job Description

This Picton-based clinic is a supportive and dynamic environment with 4 beautiful rooms, catering to all age groups and offering a full range of therapeutic approaches. You’ll work alongside a friendly team of Psychologists (plus students and remote staff!) and be part of a thriving multidisciplinary practice that receives referrals for a wide variety of cases—work cover, private clients, couples, and even psychometric testing.

The clinic is trauma-informed and sees a lot of referrals for couples and clients with a range of presentations. With a playroom for younger clients and a fully equipped assessment unit, this space caters to everyone. You can work independently while having full support from the Practice Manager, and the electronic messaging and diary system make it easy to stay organised. There’s also a shared kitchen where the team often comes together!

Options available for Clinical or General Psychologists to work anywhere between 2-4 days per week with working from home also available.

Key Benefits:
  • Competitive Earnings: 60/40 split with attractive rates—Take home $130-$170 per session!

  • Full Support: A Practice Manager and admin team handles the administrative side, so you can focus on your clients.
  • Professional Development: Access to in-house supervision and future PD opportunities.
  • Lovely Clinic: Enjoy a fully equipped space with 4 rooms, a playroom for kids, and an assessment unit.
Your duties will include:
  • Provide a variety of therapeutic services to a broad client base, including trauma-informed therapy, couples counselling, and psychometric testing.
  • Manage clients with work cover, victims of crime, NDIS, and private referrals.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of Psychologists who each bring unique skills to this Picton practice.
  • Use a range of therapeutic modalities, from CBT and ACT to EMDR and Schema Therapy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with referrers and ensure high-quality care for all clients.
