Job Description

Are you a dedicated Registered Psychologist or an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner looking to make a meaningful impact within the NDIS sector? Join a rapidly growing organisation in the Inner West area and be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional care.

Your Duties will Include:
  • Deliver high-quality psychological/ behaviour support services to a diverse client base across various settings, including in-clinic, home visits, and telehealth.​
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, therapeutic interventions, and maintain accurate documentation, aiming for a KPI of 6 billable hours daily.​
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team while managing your caseload with autonomy.​
  • Provide services primarily based out of an office in the Inner West region, with opportunities for home visits within the area.​
Requirements/ Skills:
  • For Psychologists, experience preferably in private practice or NDIS settings.​
  • Experience working across the age range, with children as young as 7 years old.​
  • General registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or 1 year+ experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner​ - Core, Proficient, or Advanced level.
  • WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full Australian Work Rights.
