Job Description

Our client is seeking a fully endorsed Paediatric Psychologist to join their vibrant multidisciplinary team based in Moonee Ponds. This salaried position offers a structured caseload of 5–6 billable clients per day with generous KPI incentives. Enjoy flexible scheduling options including compressed weeks, part-time hours and Saturday shifts, across three clinics in the North West.

Immediate start and full administrative support provided.

  • $100,000-$110,000 AUD base salary with KPI-linked bonuses for 100 percent billable hours.
  • Structured caseload of minimum 5-6 clients/day with 45–50 minute sessions plus 10–15 minutes for note taking.
  • Flexible scheduling (compressed work weeks, part-time roles, Saturday shifts) tailored to your lifestyle.
  • Full administrative support from 8:30 am–5:30 pm and access to comprehensive assessment templates.
  • Opportunity to mentor provisional psychologists and contribute to multidisciplinary training initiatives if desired.
About the Practice
  • Salaried employment model with KPI-driven bonuses covering all billable activities, including assessments and report writing.
  • Three well-established paediatric clinics, each featuring modern therapy rooms and specialised equipment.
  • Diverse paediatric caseload focusing on Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD assessments.
  • Full practice management support, including practice manager and dedicated admin team operating 8:30 am–5:30 pm.
  • Robust in-house training programme with weekly psychologist team meetings and comprehensive templates for consistency.

Requirements
  • Full AHPRA endorsement as a Psychologist 
  • Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in paediatric assessments (desired)
