This is an opportunity to lead a Psychology team within an organisation nationally recognised for its child-first, evidence-based approach to care. As Team Leader, you’ll guide the clinical direction, mentor Psychologists at all levels, and collaborate with senior leaders on service improvement and governance.

In addition to supervising a growing team, you’ll also contribute to content that reaches children, families, and educators worldwide through strategic partnerships. Whether you're ready to step up or already have leadership experience, this is a rewarding next move.

Your Duties will Include:
  • Deliver high-quality psychological care to a diverse client base while leading by example.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, case support and drive clinical quality and improvement.
  • Collaborate with an experienced leadership team to evolve service models and systems.
  • Work across locations across Sydney with flexible WFH options.
Requirements/ Skills:
  • Experience in private practice or team leadership within a psychology setting
  • Board-approved supervisor status or willingness to obtain it (preferred)
  • AHPRA registration as a Clinical or General Psychologist
  • Full Australian Work Rights
