Job Description

Love kids’ mental health and a bit of scooter-in-the-hallway energy? This is a truly fun, energetic and kind-hearted place to work as a Psychologist.
  • Salaried FT or PT (3+ days): $110,000+ FTE + super; higher bands for more experience
  • Purpose-built 1500sqm clinic: sensory gym, movement/play zones & outdoor options
  • Diverse work: early years to young adults, family work + select forensic cases
  • Realistic targets: protected admin/reporting time with no crushing KPIs
  • Weekly supervision, ~$2,000 PD allowance & clear leadership pathways
  • Multidisciplinary 'mateship': 70+ Psychs, OTs, Speechies & Behaviour Support Practitioners

Your Duties will Include
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to children, adolescents and families.
  • Conduct assessments, therapy and reporting with balanced, achievable targets.
  • Collaborate with an expert MDT while building your own service niche and style.
  • Work from a stunning, custom-built clinic in Newcastle.
Requirements/ Skills
  • Experience in private practice or multidisciplinary clinic settings.
  • Experience working with children is highly preferred.
  • AHPRA registration as a General or Clinical Psychologist.
  • Full Australian Work Rights
