Our client is seeking a Psychologist to join a highly collaborative holistic practice offering structured AM and PM shifts, an intensive orientation program and a supportive team culture. • Contractor position with a percentage split dependent on experience

• Structured shifts with AM or PM availability and room rotation at 2pm

• Flexible roster combinations including Monday PM, Tuesday PM, Thursday AM and Saturday or a Wednesday AM, Thursday AM plus Friday AM or Saturday option

• Supportive intake processes including longer initial assessment sessions and ongoing weekly work

About the Employer / Practice

• Contractor model with medium to long term engagement
• Long standing holistic practice integrating psychological, emotional and physical wellbeing
• Clients include those with MHCP, NDIS, TAC, WorkCover and school referrals
• Team of 15 clinicians plus 4 admin staff managing intake and client flow
• Strong GP referral network ensuring stable caseload and diary demand
• Collaborative team culture with shared lunches encouraged from 1.30pm to 2.30pm
• Monthly supervision led by the Clinical Director and rotational schedules for accessibility
• Regular PD events, social gatherings and twice yearly team meetings
• Support for early career Psychologists with weekly process training
• Rooms set up for comfort and holistic work with access to a multidisciplinary network including naturopaths and chiros
• Software and systems designed for streamlined communication, especially with referring doctors

Requirements

• Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist
