Job Description

If you’re ready to lead other clinicians and keep a meaningful caseload, this is the kind of Team Lead role that actually gives you room to do both.

Key Benefits
  • $120–135k FTE + tax-free salary packaging (with additional perks available)
  • 4–5 days per week (part-time or full-time) with genuine flexibility
  • Hybrid model: blend WFH with well-supported Sydney consulting locations
  • Balanced split: approx. 2 days clinical + 2–3 days leadership/strategy
  • Lead and support 20+ Psychologists (Provisional + General Registration)
  • Supervisor status highly regarded (or supported pathway to obtain it)
  • Contribute to evidence-based resources with reach beyond Australia
This is a rare leadership opportunity within a child-first, evidence-based organisation known for strong clinical standards and practical support. You’ll guide day-to-day clinical direction, lift quality across the team through supervision and coaching, and partner with senior leaders on service improvement and clinical governance. Importantly, you’ll still keep a small caseload, so you’re leading from the front, not from the sidelines.

Your Duties will Include
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for children and families (and broader presentations as needed).
  • Complete assessments, therapy, and documentation while maintaining clear expectations aligned to a small caseload.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and case guidance, driving consistency and clinical excellence across the team.
  • Work across Western Sydney and surrounding Sydney hubs, with flexibility to work from home.
Requirements/ Skills
  • Experience in private practice (leadership/supervision exposure is highly regarded).
  • Experience working with children is highly preferred.
  • AHPRA registration as a General or Clinical Psychologist (2–3+ years ideal).
  • Full Australian Work Rights
