Job Description

This vibrant paediatric clinic is dedicated to supporting children and their families. At their core, they believe that each child’s journey is unique, and are committed to helping every child thrive in a fun, nurturing environment.

The clinics are well-equipped and the company fosters a collaborative, supportive environment free from the pressures of KPIs and billable hours.

The role provides flexibility in days and hours, with a structure designed to balance work with wellbeing, including mental health days and time for administrative tasks.

About the role
  • Ages 1-18 with a varied paediatric caseload of developmental delays and/or disabilities
  • Services include articulation, expressive/receptive language, early language development Literacy, social skills, fluency, stuttering and feeding/swallowing difficulties
  • Clinic-based role however opportunity to do local school visits if desired
  • 45-minute sessions with 15 minutes at the end for progress notes
  • Most clinicians see 4-5 clients per day 
On offer
  • A competitive salary package ranging from $80,000 to $130,000 including superannuation, depending on experience
  • A dynamic team culture with regular team-building activities such as ten-pin bowling, paint and sip, and escape rooms.
  • Comprehensive weekly supervision with an experienced Speech Pathologist and a PD budget of up to $1000, negotiable based on needs
  • Options for 4-day full-time weeks or 9-day fortnights
  • Collaborate with a team of Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists
  • Monthly catered lunches and celebrations to foster a supportive community
  • An extra day's leave for wellness
  • Clinic-based role so very little travel required
Requirements/Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • All levels of experience are encouraged to apply
