- Salaries from $110,000 - $123,000 + Generous Commission for exceeding 23 billables (per week)
- Mixed Ages Caseload - Hybrid Work Model - Neuro Rehab Adults, Swallowing Assessments & some Paediatric clients

- Diverse Caseload: Enjoy a mixed caseload of adults and children, including:
- Adults with neurological rehabilitation needs
- Speech and articulation concerns
- Swallowing assessments
- Paediatrics with language, literacy, fluency issues, developmental delay, ASD, and more
- Balanced Settings: 60% clinic-based and 40% community-based caseload - with the flexibility to increase community work if preferred.
Earning Potential & Benefits - Base Salary: $123,200 (base) + a GENEROUS commission structure
- Bonuses: Earn 40% of the charge-out rate for every billable hour beyond 23 hours per week
- Leave Options: Potential for additional annual leave – tailored to your preferences

- Tools Provided: Work laptop and phone supplied
Your Week at a Glance: - Billable Hours: 23 per week - inclusive of clinical supervision

- Facilities: Work out of a modern clinic with 14 rooms, a rehab space, and abundant resources. Need more? There’s scope to purchase additional tools to support your work.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
