Located near Inala, this early career Speech Pathologist role is designed for a clinician who wants to keep building confidence in a supportive paediatric MDT setting

✨Why You’ll Love this Role? - Paediatric Caseload: Work with a generalist caseload with children and adolescents aged 0-18 years; ASD, ADHD, speech and phonological errors, articulation, literacy, early intervention, social skills & language.
- Clinic & Community Split: Enjoy a predominantly clinic-based role, with approximately 70% clinic-based work and 30% community visits to schools and kindergartens. No home visits required.
- Early Career Support: Structured onboarding, work shadowing, weekly or fortnightly 1:1 supervision, mentoring, regular case discussions, MDT team training and learning opportunities.
- Gradual KPI Build-Up: KPIs gradually increase towards 25 clients per week, tailored to your experience, with protected admin time for one hour each Friday.

Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- At least 2 years post-graduate experience
- SPA Membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
