This highly reputable allied health organisation, is committed to empowering their community through exceptional and personalised care!
  • Salary starting at $85,000 - $95,000 + Super
  • Support clients across the lifespan in clinic and community settings
  • Weekly 1:1 supervision with a Senior SP with over 8 years experience, workshadowing opportunities, gradual increase of caseload & peer mentoring
They are currently expanding their services in Ipswich, and are seeking two passionate New Graduate Speech Pathologists to join their team!

Your Role:

You will provide services across the life span for children and adults who are funded by NDIS, Medicare (EPC/CDM), HCP and CHSP Packages, or privately funded. Some services you will offer includes: 
  • Speech & Language
  • Social Communication
  • Literacy
  • Voice
  • Fluency
  • Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC)
  • Swallowing/Mealtime Management / Dysphagia
  • Delivery of transdisciplinary (SP and OT) and SP-dedicated sessions
Common diagnoses that you may see include: Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay, Ehler-Danlos Syndrome and Generalised Hypermobility Syndrome, Traumatic Brain Injury, Developmental Co-ordination Disorders, Down Syndrome, other Genetic Disorders, and neurological conditions.

Support on Offer: 

You will spend the first few week workshadowing clinicians in your team while you learn the ropes, then gradually increase your caseload of clients whilst you develop your confidence.

You will recieve 1:1 supervision on a weekly basis with a Senior Speech Pathologist possessing 8+ Years experience in the industry, whilst also having the support of your SP team to ask questions as you need.

Enhance your skills with fortnightly "share and learn" sessions for discipline specific and multidisciplinary learning, and access a generous CPD allowance for external learning!

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
