Job Description

  • Salaries starting from $80,000 - $100,000 + Super depending on your experience

  • Ultimate work flexibility; work within 30mins to your home location, choose your working hours and days & WFH between face to face sessions
This rapidly growing National Allied Health organisation offers an excellent opportunity for a budding speech pathologist to join their team of experienced allied health clinicians!

Offering excellent professional development support; weekly discipline specific trainings, $1000 PD allowance & 4 days PD leave, and work shadowing opportunities with SP's with 15+ years experience!

The Benefits:
  • Salary starting from $80,000 - $100,000 + Super 
  • Travel allowance of $5000 
  • Professional Development allowance of $1000 + 4 days PD leave
  • Flexible working hours & WFH - manage your calendar to suit your needs & WFH to complete admin  
  • Manageable KPI target of 5 per day (includes transport, face to face & reports)
  • Structured induction: gradual increase of caseload over 2 months from starting 
  • Weekly Speech Pathology specific training with the National SP manager with 15+ Years experience in the industry
  • Work Laptop and Phone provided
  • Once a month team lunch meet ups for networking and support
  • Quarterly social get togethers; cocktail making, jet skiing, dinners out and boat parties
  • Structured career progression pathways - become a team lead, clinical lead or work in operations. 
Your Role:

You will see clients across the life span presenting with neurodiverse and physical conditions out in the community (homes, schools etc.). Some of the services you will provide include; 
  • Early intervention
  • Maximising communication and swallowing functions
  • Functional communication assessments and therapy
  • Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) for adults and children
  • Swallowing assessments and Mealtime Management Plans (MMP)
  • Help Autistic adults and children communicate their way
  • Improve functional independence through communication skills intervention
  • Quality of life approach for eating and drinking
  • Transitional feeding programs
Support available:

Recieve weekly or fortnightly supervision (depending on your needs) with Senior clinicians with over 10 years experience, access $1000 PD allowance + 4 days PD leave to undertake courses that follow you area of interest & engage in weekly discipline specific training from a very experienced speech pathologist.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
