Job Description

If you're an Early Career Speech Pathologist looking to expand your skill set across various areas of Speech Pathology and gain support from highly experienced mentors, this opportunity is designed for you.
  • Location: Toowoomba - Hybrid Role in clinic and community settings
  • Salary: $94,000 – $117,000 + PD Allowance + Benefits
  • Support: Fortnightly supervision, mentoring & access to a large team of Senior Speech Pathologists for further professional development

About Your Role:

In this hybrid clinic and community-based role, you'll deliver assessment and therapy services to clients of all ages. Caseloads are mixed and can be tailored to your clinical interests. You’ll support clients under NDIS, Medicare (EPC/CDM), Home Care Packages, CHSP, and private funding.
Areas of service include:
  • Speech and language
  • Social communication
  • Literacy and voice
  • Fluency and AAC
  • Swallowing, dysphagia, and mealtime management
  • Transdisciplinary collaboration with Occupational Therapists
You’ll maintain a caseload that includes 5 billable hours per day, with built-in admin time and support from the admin team for scheduling and billing.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
