Job Description

Join this well established Allied Health Organisaiotn passionate about providing high quality health care to patients within their immediate &  remote communities! 

We love this clinic as they work with each team member to form a schedule that works best for them, with a focus on maintaining a health work/life balance. This includes flexible start/finish times, a caseload assigned that considers complex clients with NO BILLABLE TARGETS, and WFH options for admin. 
  • Salaries starting at $90,000 - $110,000 + Super
  • Mixed Ages Caseload in clinic and community settings
  • $1200 PD Allowance, uncapped PD Leave & Fortnightyl in-house team training

What you will be doing:

You will be seeing a mixed ages caseload of NDIS & Private clients, with diverse conditions in clinic and community settings, both in Cairns and occaisonally in remote communities in Central QLD & the Northern Territory.

Some of your clientele will be from First Nation backgrounds, so an interest in working with First Naiton communities is essential! 

How you will be supported: 
  • Fortnightly or monthly supervision
  • $1200 PD Allowance & Uncapped PD allowance
  • NO BILLABLE TARGETS - Allied Health Manager monitors your calendar to ensure your assigned caseload accounts for complex cases
  • Fortnightly Clinical Team Training to help build oyur practice and skills
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • 3 Years post graduate experience
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
