Our client is a neurodiversity-affirming private practice working with children and adolescents across communication, social, and developmental goals predominantly in group settings. They prioritise continuous learning, providing biweekly in-house professional development sessions and allocates a yearly PD budget of $2,000. They also provide opportunity to participate in workshops, projects and more.

About the role

• Role tailored collaboratively with the successful candidate based on interests and availability
• Deliver 1:1 and group sessions with a focus on social development, including friendship, dating, job interview skills and more
• With younger clients, therapy is based in real-life connection through a pseudo-kindergarten model
• Clinicians begin with a gradual increase of clients until they're comfortable

Support Available

• Fortnightly one-on-one clinical mentoring with senior staff or the business owner
• Observation sessions with senior clinicians
• Weekly internal PD and "Learning Lab" sessions
• Access to a library of internal training tools and collaborative case discussions
• Career progression support based on individual strengths and interests
• Assigned mentors, discussion boards, and strong clinical collaboration across the team

• Competitive salary ranging from $82,000 - $115,000 + superannuation
• Flexible work arrangements including telehealth-only roles or clinic-based positions in Kilsyth

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
