Job Description

Seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team offering hybrid flexibility across clinic, home, and community settings.

Based around the Hope Valley region, this role allows clinicians to tailor their caseload to their interests across both paediatrics and adults.

With strong supervision, a values-driven culture, and flexibility over where and how work is delivered, this is an excellent opportunity for a Speech Pathologist who values autonomy, team connection, and purpose-led care.

What’s on Offer
  • $85,000 - $120,000 + super
  • Choice of hybrid, clinic–community mix, or fully mobile role
  • Tailored caseload across NDIS paediatrics and adults
About the Employer / Practice
  • Allied health team, including Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, and Exercise Physiology
  • 95% NDIS caseload with approximately 70% paediatrics and 30% adults
  • Caseloads are aligned to therapist interests, with remaining referrals based on service needs
  • Mentoring and supervision provided by senior clinicians within the same discipline
  • Travel reimbursed at the national standard 
  • Two-week structured induction including NDIS training, shadowing, and Director welcome

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA registration
  • Minimum 2 years' post-grad experience
  • Interest in both paediatric and adult clients within a hybrid delivery model
  • A valid license and access to a car
