With experienced mentors by your side, you’ll continue to grow your expertise in AAC, GLP, speech sound disorders, preschool and school-aged language, and neurodiversity-affirming practice.

About the Role

• Provide therapy to children with speech sound disorders, developmental delays, and communication challenges (including ASD).
• Flexible split: Mix of being based from their clinic in Carnegie and seeing clients in schools or kinders – adjustable to your preferences.
• Admin team handles billing and scheduling so you can focus on clients.
• Weekly supervision plus frequent informal check-ins.
• Manageable caseload: build up to 4.5 billable hours per day (with flexibility for bonus days off if exceeding targets).

The Perks

• Salary $90,000 – $115,000 + superannuation
• Bonus of 20% of fees when exceeding billable targets.

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
