Job Description

Our client is looking to welcome a New Graduate Speech Pathologist to join their growing supportive team. This community based role offers structured supervision, fortnightly team sessions, a gradual build-up in clients and a mixed caseload.

About the Role:

As a New Graduate Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you’ll:
  • Provide therapy to a community setting (travelling no more than 30 minutes from your home) to a range of NDIS and private clients.
  • Complete shadowing periods with an experienced Speech Pathologist and build-up your caseload. 
  • Treat a varied caseload of clients (80% Paediatric and 20% Adult)  with a wide variety of intellectual and physical disabilities.
  • Carry out clinical assessments 4 days per week, while completing administrative tasks on the fifth. 
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplined team of Speech Pathologists & Occupational Therapists.
  • Work primarily with NDIS and private referral clients. 

About You:
  • Bachelor or Master’s in Speech Pathology (or graduating in 2025/2026).
  • Eligible or current Certified Practicing Membership with SPA.
  • Driver’s license and access to a car.
  • Full Australian working rights.
