The opportunity:
Join a friendly, long-standing private practice located near Penrith. You’ll step into a supportive team of Speech Pathologists, with steady demand and the autonomy to shape your day.
Your caseload - Diverse paediatric caseload ages 2-18 years with opportunities to tailor this to your interest area
- Speech sounds, literacy & language, with a little AAC
- Scope to lean into your interests and strengths
We’re open to - New graduates who value structured supervision, and
- Experienced SPs seeking a calm, quality-over-quantity environment
What’s on offer - Salary: $85,000–$120,000 commensurate with experience
- Support: Weekly mentoring, case conferences, funded PD, and access to your preferred assessments

Requirements/Skills - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
