Join a well-established speech pathology clinic near Labrador, seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist who loves working with children and wants the chance to build into working with adults and more complex diagnoses, including swallowing and feeding support.
- Salaries from $90,000 - $110,000 + Super
- Mixed ages Caseload (80% Paediatrics/ 20% Adults) - Hybrid Role

Support offered includes: - Weekly 1:1 supervision initially, then fortnightly

A clinic environment built for great therapy: This is a mostly clinic-based role with 90% of work delivered onsite and only 10% community or home visits.
You’ll work in a beautiful clinic near Labrador with themed therapy rooms, sensory spaces, group therapy zones, accessible kitchens, plenty of high-quality therapy resources.
Admin support that makes a difference: A dedicated admin assistant will handle; Scheduling, Diary management, Invoicing and General admin support.
That means you can spend more time focusing on therapy and less time managing logistics.
What’s On Offer: - $90,000 – $110,000 base salary + super
- Bonus Structure if you exceed your KPI's
- $1,000 annual PD allowance + PD leave
- Condensed working week or 9-day fortnight options
- Hybrid flexibility for non-client tasks
- Travel reimbursed at $0.99/km when required
Your Role:You’ll provide high-quality, client-centred speech pathology services across the lifespan, with a strong paediatric focus and the chance to expand into more complex areas over time.
You’ll also have opportunities to:
- Co-facilitate therapy groups for children, teens, and adults
- Contribute to resource development
- Help design creative programs
- Develop areas of clinical interest
- Progress into specialisation pathways after 12 months
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
