A clinic environment built for great therapy: This is a mostly clinic-based role with 90% of work delivered onsite and only 10% community or home visits.

You’ll work in a beautiful clinic near Labrador with themed therapy rooms, sensory spaces, group therapy zones, accessible kitchens, plenty of high-quality therapy resources. 

Admin support that makes a difference: A dedicated admin assistant will handle; Scheduling, Diary management, Invoicing and General admin support. 
That means you can spend more time focusing on therapy and less time managing logistics.

What’s On Offer:

• $90,000 – $110,000 base salary + super
• Bonus Structure if you exceed your KPI's
• $1,000 annual PD allowance + PD leave
• Condensed working week or 9-day fortnight options
• Hybrid flexibility for non-client tasks
• Travel reimbursed at $0.99/km when required

Your Role:

You’ll provide high-quality, client-centred speech pathology services across the lifespan, with a strong paediatric focus and the chance to expand into more complex areas over time. 

You’ll also have opportunities to:

• Co-facilitate therapy groups for children, teens, and adults
• Contribute to resource development
• Help design creative programs
• Develop areas of clinical interest
• Progress into specialisation pathways after 12 months

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
• Drivers license and own vehicle
