About the position
Our client is looking for a confident Dentist to join our clients’ team 3 days per week (scope to grow to Full Time if desired). This role suits a clinician who enjoys comprehensive general dentistry, values doing dentistry properly (not rushed), and is eager to keep improving through mentoring and case-based learning.

You’ll work alongside other Dentists and a long-standing support team, with regular clinical development built into the week. The Principal Dentist is actively involved and provides guidance, review and hands-on help when needed.


Your clinical scope will include a broad mix such as:

• Comprehensive exams, diagnosis, treatment planning and preventive care
• Composite fillings, bonding and restorative dentistry
• Crowns and bridges, including complex treatment sequencing
• Root canal therapy and pain relief dentistry
• Extractions and management of dental emergencies
• Teeth whitening, cosmetic enhancements and smile improvement options
• Clear aligners and orthodontic-style treatment planning exposure
• Implant dentistry involvement (experience welcomed; training supported)

Key Requirements

• AHPRA registration as a Dentist in Australia
• Minimum 2 years’ post-grad experience (not suitable for new graduates)
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
• Confidence in general dentistry and interest in ongoing development
• Team-focused attitude and willingness to participate in mentoring/peer review
