About the position
Our client is looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager who enjoys combining leadership responsibilities with hands-on front desk involvement.
This dual Practice Manager and Reception position is ideal for someone who likes variety, takes ownership of practice operations and enjoys working closely with Dentists, patients and the wider team.
A major advantage of the opportunity is the ability to work full-time hours across just four days, providing an attractive balance between career responsibility and personal time.
Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating the day-to-day operation of the dental practice
- Managing reception, appointments and patient enquiries
- Supporting a smooth and professional patient journey
- Overseeing CDBS processing and patient payment plans
- Managing Dentist commission calculations and related administration
- Supporting practice systems, workflows and operational efficiency
- Working closely with the Dentists and wider practice team
- Assisting with administration across general and complex dental treatments
You will work in a practice providing treatments such as preventive care, restorative dentistry, dental implants, orthodontics and prosthodontic procedures.
On offer - Full-time hours available across a four-day working week
- Salary around $40 per hour, depending on experience and skillset
