Job Description

About the client:

Join a private dental company with located on the Central Coast, who are looking for a Dentist. As their Principal dentist has recently moved on, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced dentist to join our team and take over their established patient base. My client has a beautiful and modern clinic that offers a welcoming, supportive environment, state-of-the-art equipment, and a loyal patient base.


Position Details:
  • Availability: Flexible working schedule 
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Australia (no new graduates).
  • Special Requirements: General dentist; experience with clear aligners is a plus, but mentorship is available.
  • Remuneration: Competitive package with 40% of billings (standard).
Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality general dental care with a holistic flair.
  • Build and maintain a strong patient base, ensuring excellent recall return rates.
  • Work independently and seamlessly integrate into our busy practice.
  • Utilize advanced dental technologies such as CEREC, Prime Mill, and implant motors.
  • Perform standard dental procedures; advanced treatments like implants etc will be supported by a Principal Dentist, who works 2 days a week.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Dentistry and registration with the dental board in Australia.
  • At least 1 year of Australian experience in general dentistry.

  • Flexibility and willingness to work across multiple practices.
