Dental Assistant – Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Dental Assistant to join our clients’ team within a well-established and modern dental clinic. About the Role
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic, supporting Dentists and ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities include:

• Chairside assisting during a range of dental procedures including general dentistry, restorative treatments, extractions, crowns, and preventive care
• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and clinical equipment
• Instrument sterilisation and infection control in line with current standards
• Assisting with dental emergencies and patient flow management
• Supporting patient education and post-treatment care
• Administrative support including appointment management and patient records (where required)

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred but not essential for experienced candidates)
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilisation procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to work well within a team and adapt in a busy environment
